FAQs

The Wedding Website of Amanda Klimowski and Kyle Griffin
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by September 1st, 2026 so we can finalize all details. This includes booking your stay. All information on room blocks and travel can be found on the travel page.

Question

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! Since the wedding will take place in Mexico, all guests will need a valid passport for travel. We recommend checking expiration dates well in advance to allow time for renewals if needed.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 1-2 days before the wedding to settle in and enjoy the trip!

Question

When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will take place on Friday, April 16th at the Hyatt Ziva Resort in Puerto Vallarta. More details can be found on the Schedule page.

Question

How can I get to and from the airport and resort?

Answer

You have the option to add roundtrip transportation when booking your stay through the booking website. This will be a shuttle for our wedding guests only. If you do not choose the transportation offered on the booking website, you can call a taxi or Uber. FYI-- Uber is not allowed to do pick-ups on the airport property. You will need to exit the airport property and walk across an overpass to get to the other side of the street where Uber pick-ups are allowed. However, Uber is allowed to drop you off at the entrance for Departures.

Question

Can we bring our children to the wedding celebrations?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with you and your families! Children are more than welcome to join us for the trip and to attend our wedding ceremony. Due to limited space at our reception venue, we may only be able to accommodate a smaller guest count for the evening celebration. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate together!

Question

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We would love for our guest to dress in their favorite beach formal attire. Think beachy, elegant, comfortable, and where wedding chic meets vacation vibes. Lightweight fabrics and breathable outfits are encouraged with the warm temperatures. Dress to stay cool and comfortable while still looking wedding-ready! Our ceremony will be held on the beach, while our cocktail hour/reception will be outdoors on a rooftop. We know you all can clean up very nicely but if you need some ideas, see below: Ladies: flowy gowns/maxi dresses, soft solids or floral/tropical prints, wedges/block heels/dressy flats or sandals Gentlemen: linen or cotton dress shirts, light-colored suits, loafers or dress shoes, ties are not required
