We’re getting married!

I met Ryan at Regent University through my brother-in-law Ryan Adkins and my sister Hannah. Ryan Adkins was Ryan’s best friend and roommate. We all hung out at their room and played Jackbox games and then Ryan walked in after working at Olive Garden. I thought he was cute and told my brother-in-law and sister that and they ended up telling him. It was my sister’s goal to set us up and she was a birdie in Ryan’s ear about me and said that he should invite me to one of the dances at Regent University as a “friend.”After that, he asked me to be his date to the winter ball and after getting to know each other beforehand, he asked me to be his girlfriend at the dance. That’s how everything started😊

I told Ryan while dating him that I always wanted to have a romantic picnic. We dated for four years before he proposed and he decided to incorporate that aspect into his proposal for me. Ryan was very romantic and took me on a sailboat ride where we had a private picnic during sunset and he asked me to spend forever with him. His sister was actually hiding below deck the whole time in a closet, sweating and I had no idea! As soon as I turned around, I saw Cailin with a camera and there he was on one knee. After that, we finished our sunset boat ride and then were surprised to see both of our families at a restaurant to celebrate our engagement. It was a moment I will never forget💞
