When should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving on or before Wednesday, April 22, 2026, if you'd like to attend the Welcome Party. The Wedding Ceremony is on Thursday, April 23, so please plan to arrive no later than that day if you're skipping the Welcome Party.

Where should I stay?

Answer

All events will be held at Garza Blanca Preserve Resort & Spa. We kindly ask all guests to stay at the resort to make logistics easy for everyone. If you have any concerns about accommodations, please reach out to us directly. If at any point, the room block tells you there is no availability, please reach out to Joel or Grace! We will get additional rooms added to the block – please do NOT book your room outside of the room block.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! A valid passport is required to travel to Mexico. Please double-check your expiration date—Mexico requires that your passport be valid at the time of entry.

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

The resort is about 30 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). Taxis, shuttles, and private transfers are available. More information can be found on the Travel page.

What’s included at the resort?

Answer

Garza Blanca is a luxury resort with both all-inclusive and room-only options. All-inclusive covers meals, drinks, and some activities. More details are available when booking. We recommend bringing cash for tips both for transport at the resort (USD will work just fine).

Bocados Steakhouse & Blanca Blue both serve breakfast starting at 7am, no reservation needed - Bocados is a served breakfast, Blanca Blue is a buffet Restaurants and Bars close at 11pm - They request you make reservations for dinner - max of 10 people. You can make reservations when you arrive, but they say it is best to book prior (directly with the resort) when able to ensure availability. The Rooftop Bar (Hotel Mousai - North Tower) closes at 1am The trolley service ends at 1am Downtown Puerto Vallarta is very safe filled with fun shops and restaurants. The resort will order taxi services for you if you’d like , or Ubers are available.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration so everyone can enjoy a relaxing getaway. We hope this feels like a vacation for you too!
