Question

Will the wedding start at 5 pm?

Answer

Yes and no, the event starts at 5pm. Upon arrival and parking, enjoy the shade, live music and refreshments for a scenic 5 minute ride to the venue. Once arriving at the venue, please enjoy the music and refreshments while everyone joins us! When everyone arrives, the ceremony should begin at approx. 6pm. Please note if you arrive after 5:45 pm, we kindly ask you to wait at parking area (see above) until the ceremony has ended, but please join us immediately after.

Will there be camping?

Answer

Indeed, it's the mountains! We are offering the option to camp out for the night. Anyone planning to camp will need to arrive by 3:30 pm to set up before the wedding (tent or car camping only). NO RV’s (this is a beautiful area and we want to protect it as much as possible), we expect there to be a fire ban in place and ask everyone to be compliant, NO firearms, generators, ATV’s or motorcycles PLEASE! Follow the signs to wedding venue parking and be looking for the sign for the camping area on the right before you get to parking. We also ask that you call or text Don @ 719 240-2398 to let us know if you intend to camp for the night, so we can make proper arrangements. Thanks!

Where is the bus picking up and at what time?

Answer

We do have a 15 passenger van for those who will be drinking and intend to stay until the event ends at 10:30 pm. The van will pickup BEHIND 4 Mile Cinema (back parking lot, please enter from the north west corner of building by the Mexican restaurant) located at 127 Justice Center Rd, Cañon City, CO 81212. We will try to find someone to make a trip earlier at 8:30 if there is a need. Please contact Don @ 719 240-2398 to schedule, space is limited. Thanks!

What should I wear?

Answer

We politely request business casual attire. Please consider it may be warm early and cool off later in the evening. We also advise against wearing open toe shoes or heels.

Question

The venue is in the mountains, should we be cautious of wild animals?

Answer

Yep! We kindly ask that for everyone's safety to please stay close to the wedding venue and not venture off into the woods. We get it, we have probably done it, but also don't want anyone to become a snack!

Are you serving food?

We have Out of the Flames serving wood fired pizzas! We expect this to be a little out of the ordinary and lots of fun!
