Can we bring an additional guest?

Answer

Due to limited space at the venue, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Can my children come?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, unless your children are listed on the invitation, we ask that this is an adult only event. We would love to celebrate with you and encourage you to use this event as a date night!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Formal invitations to follow with information regarding RSVP. Please submit RSVP no later than January 20th, 2027. If you do not RSVP by then, we will assume that you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but we would like to provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We ask that you wear formal attire!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors. The cocktail hour will be both outdoor and indoor on the first floor of the venue. The reception will take place indoors.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have a hotel block at Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Mary At Colonial Townpark and Orlando Marriott Lake Mary. Please see "Accommodations" tab for further information.

Is there a shuttle to the venue?

Answer

Yes! The hotel offers a shuttle service to the venue. However, the shuttle has limited seats so there will likely be more than one trip, please keep this in mind given the start time of the ceremony! There are also rideshare apps available like Uber or Lyft if this is easier depending on where you stay.

Can I drive and park at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Valet parking is available at the venue.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm, please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to this to allow time for parking and finding a seat.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are no stranger to allergies and our catering team takes it very seriously! Please fill out this form by January 20th, 2027 with any allergy or dietary restriction.
