We Eat and Prepare for the Thing

The wedding parties will be around the venue getting dressed and taking photos. Brunch will be available buffet style through the morning to afternoon for the wedding party and the immediate family members. 10:30AM Videographers arrive, capture detail photos. 11:00AM Capture Sean and Griff reading their letters to each other, videographers will deliver them to the bride and groom after video to read before the ceremony. 11:30AM Capture groomsmen shots indoor/outdoor. 12PM Capture bridesmaid shots indoor/outdoor. 1PM Capture other wedding party roles.

245PM-345PM Wedding Party and Family Photos. Please remain near the ceremony location if you are in the wedding party or immediate family. 4:00PM Wedding Party Grand Entrance. Feel free to play corn hole (bags) or one of the other activities around the venue while you wait for the wedding party to enter. 4:30PM Dinner will be buffet style from Hyvee. Grab your food and please have a seat wherever you feel comfortable while we bring in the wedding party to give speeches and start the dances! 5:00PM Speeches from the best man and maids of honor. Food will continue to be available in the buffet area throughout the evening. The bar will be open throughout the day as well, please be sure to specify your name on your tab so there is less confusion for the bartenders!

5:30PM First dances. 6:30-7:00PM Videographers finish up, you can be weird(er) now! The DJ will go until 11PM and last call at the bar will be at 1030PM, feel free to stick around until we shut it down!
