As the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM, we ask that you arrive by 4:30 PM to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time. If you are ubering, please consider the time to pick up in your timeline for the day. Although extremely accessible, pickup wait times in the desert are typically ~15 mins.
Yes, we are asking our guests to dress up with us! Black Tie attire is encouraged. We ask that gentlemen wear a black tuxedo or a black suit and tie. Ladies can wear a formal floor-length dress. Please no jeans, shorts, or sneakers! As the wedding is in Palm Springs, we encourage everyone to have fun with it! We would love to see fun colors and fashion. Our bridal party will be wearing pale yellow, so please refrain from wearing pale yellow, or a similar color, as we wish for our bridal party to stand out. In addition to this we ask that guests avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride - cream, ivory, or white.
Our wedding will be intimate to enjoy with our closest family and friends. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If your partner is invited, their name is included on your invitation.
We love your little ones as much as you do! However, we have decided to keep our wedding as an adult-only event. Please make prior arrangements for them and enjoy a date night with us!
Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be held outside the venue. At 10PM, we encourage guests to join us inside the venue for the after-party portion of the evening. There is no need to travel in between, as all locations are at the same property.
Yes! We will be hosting a Welcome Party on Friday, October 3rd, from 5-8 PM at the PGA West Norman Clubhouse. All guests are invited, and we will be serving light bites and drinks. The event will take place outside on grass, so please keep that in mind when selecting your shoes. We are bringing the Amalfi Coast to La Quinta for this event! We can’t wait to see you in your favorite European inspired attire. Linen pants/jackets or light-colored pants and button downs for men. Summer slip, cotton and linen dresses or ensembles for women. Yes! There is complimentary self-parking at the Citrus Club, and valet parking for an additional fee. We would recommend ubering as the desert is very accessible. Please note that ubers can take longer to pickup in the desert (10-15 mins). If you choose to uber, please inform the gate attendant that you are arriving for the Poole/Kane Wedding.
We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have an incredible photographer, and we will absolutely share those photos with you!
