DO I NEED TO BE VACCINATED TO ATTEND?
Answer
Yes. Our venue is requiring all guests to show proof of vaccination. You can show a photo, scan, or copy of your vaccination card at the door. If you'd prefer not to think about it on the day (or would like a back up option in case you forget), please email or text a copy of your vaccination card to either Madi or Griffin.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an 18+ event so everyone can let loose and enjoy an adult New Years party.

DO YOU HAVE A HOTEL BLOCK FOR GUESTS?
Answer
There are a number of great hotels right around our venue and many more across the city, so we decided to let people choose. Please see the travel page for recommendations.

WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?
Answer
The wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

WHAT'S THE WEATHER GOING TO BE LIKE?
Answer
White Christmases are not uncommon in Chicago. While December isn't the coldest of the winter months, a winter jacket would be prudent.

WHERE'S THE CEREMONY?

Lucky for you, this wedding is a one-stop shop! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Bottom Lounge.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm, but we're kindly asking guests to arrive a bit before to grab refreshments and their seats.

IS THERE A PLACE TO PARK?

Yes! Limited parking is available at the Bottom Lounge.

HOW DO I RSVP?
Answer
Click the "RSVP" heading on this website to fill out a personal RSVP form. If you're responding for you and a guest (or your family), you'll be able to RSVP for your entire group.

WHERE ARE YOU REGISTERED?
Answer
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to honor us with a gift, we have a small list of items on an Amazon registry, as well as a cash fund set up for folks who'd like to help us get into our dream home.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES AND POST THEM?
Answer
The bride and groom kindly request all phones and cameras be turned off during the ceremony. We'll have photographers and videographers to capture the moment, and we'll be happy to share those photos and videos widely. Afterwards, we encourage guests to take tons of pictures and videos of the reception!
