Hotel
Located just ten minutes from the city center, Our Habitas offers an escape to a tranquil natural setting while providing transportation to explore the heart and soul of downtown. We'll be having our ceremony and reception here along with some micro-experiences. There are 60 hotel rooms on the property and if you decide to stay on site, we will have the luxury of enjoying breakfast and extra time together. Since capacity is limited, the sooner you book, the better! Don’t forget to book using our discounted rate with the button below! If your plans change don’t worry, there is free cancellation until Feb. ***UPDATE: The rooms are now fully booked! You can try reaching out to the hotel directly and let them know you’re attending our wedding in case there are any last ones left!*** Please note that unfortunately the hotel doesn't allow kids to attend the ceremony + reception area with the exception of our immediate family. Please let us know if you are bringing kids for the weekend and need any assistance with childcare referrals. Click view button for DIRECT BOOKING LINK (with our $199/night rate applied).
Travel Note
The nearest major airport is Querétaro International Airport (QRO), located about an hour's drive away. Alternatively, you can fly into Guanajuato International Airport (BJX), which is an hour and a half airport shuttle ride to San Miguel De Allende. Lastly, from Mexico City, you can take a car service to San Miguel de Allende, which is approximately a 4 hour drive. If you tend to get motion sickness flying may be your favored option, because the drive can be bumpy at times and there is an altitude change, but we've done it ourselves as a way to bookend the trip with CDMX. (We took a car service via Bajiogo) No need to have a car in San Miguel unless you're planning on doing day trips outside the city. It's very walkable once you're there and Taxis and Ubers are available as well.
Travel Note
Bajiogo is our tried and true airport transportation. BJX-SMA or QRO-SMA (Shared or private rides available) Book through the website or call. The driver will wait for you outside baggage claims and near the exit door. They will have a branded shirt, and will have a sign with your name on it. It’s best to book in advance so that you get the timing you want. Click the button below, linked to their website

Travel Note
Please double check your passport and ensure it’ll be active through March 2024.
Travel Note
The San Miguel is a very walkable town that has charming cobblestone streets and stone sidewalks. We recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes to explore town in - sneakers or shoes with a decent tread to eliminate any discomfort and to allow you to explore freely! Our Habitas has walking paths to and from the rooms but they are not all fully paved. The area where we will be having the reception and ceremony is a flat stone area.
Travel Note
It's always a good idea to bring some MXN pesos as you'll get discounted rates with airport transportation and will have some cash on hand at the ready. Though in town, many vendors accept credit cards as well.
