Travel Note
The closest airport is Flagstaff Pulliam Airport, a small regional airport. Phoenix Sky Harbor is a major hub and offers a much larger variety of flights. You will need to arrange transportation between Phoenix and Flagstaff. Phoenix Sky Harbor has its fair share of rental car companies. Additionally, shuttles and taxis are available between Phoenix and Flagstaff, but keep in mind that the venue is 30 minutes outside of Flagstaff and public transport out there is minimal. As people RSVP, we will create a Facebook page to connect people for organizing carpools for the weekend.
Hotel
We've reserved a block of rooms for the weekend at Basecamp at Snowbowl, just 12 minutes away from the venue and downtown Flagstaff! Our room block is available from October 23-25, making it easy to stay close to the festivities while also having easy access to the beautiful San Francisco Peaks in autumn. A mix of room types is available to suit your needs. We recommend booking early, as space is limited.
