What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 3:30pm, please give yourself a few minutes to park, grab a drink, say hello, and find a seat. We recommend arriving about 3:10pm to ensure you have enough time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our venue has an area for guest parking, signs will be posted.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

While our plan is for the ceremony to take place outside, we can't predict PNW October weather. There is an indoor space available for the ceremony if weather is not in our favor. Our reception will be both indoor and outdoor, and there will be propane heaters in case it gets chilly.

Will food and drinks be provided? What kind of food?

Answer

We are planning on an open bar with wine, beer and seltzers. No hard alcohol is permitted at our venue. Dinner will be bbq style food with our friends Ethan and Kendall Adams catering.
