Will there be parking available?

Answer

Yes, River Roast offers valet parking and we will cover valet parking for all guests. Mention our event when arriving to the valet stand and you will get a special stamp on your valet ticket!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim. Bridesmaids will be in a light blue.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors; however, River Roast is right on the river and will have a private section of the riverwalk for cocktail hour and the reception. Please plan accordingly if you would like to be out on the riverwalk at night!

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

River Roast is happy to accommodate your allergies and dietary restrictions. Please share your list of food allergies or dietary restrictions with Ashley and/or Griffin and we will forward that list to River Roast so they can accommodate you accordingly.

Will I be asked for my ID at the bar?

Answer

Yes, River Roast will card anyone who looks 35 or younger. Please bring your ID/Driver’s license just in case if you plan to order alcoholic drinks at the bar.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we’re only able to accommodate the guests named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, only the children whose names appear on the invitation and RSVP are invited to attend. We appreciate your understanding!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at The Renaissance, Springhill Suites by Marriott, and Aloft in the River North neighborhood of Chicago. All hotels will be a 7-10 min walk from River Roast. For more details, review the “Travel” tab.
