We’ve reserved room blocks at two hotels located in the same parking lot, just a 2-minute walk apart, and about 17 minutes from the venue. On the wedding day, a shuttle will run to and from the venue, with a pick-up and drop-off at a central spot between the two hotels.
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. We recommend requesting an early check-in when booking or upon arrival. While early check-in cannot be guaranteed, the hotels will do their best to accommodate requests based on availability.
When making reservations, make sure that all guests names are listed on the reservation so we can keep track. To receive the group rate, please book directly through the hotel.

Reservations can be made using the online booking link or by calling the hotel (972-691-1720) . To receive the discounted group rate, bookings must be made by 10/22/2026. Please note the hotel’s wedding reservation website automatically shows a two-night stay. If staying for one night, you will need to adjust your dates accordingly.
