Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens

With indoor and outdoor botanical gardens, it's the perfect place to enjoy the summer weather or cool off indoors. Kids will love the outdoor train!

Scioto Mile Promenade

233 South Civic Center Drive, Columbus, OH 43215

A portion of the Olentangy Trail that runs downtown next to the river, this is a perfect place for a picnic, a run, or a relaxing walk. There are plenty of coffee shops nearby, including Brioso, Black Kahawa, and Little Cat, in case you want to take a morning walk with your coffee.

North Market Downtown

An indoor market of eateries, coffee, the ~original~ Jeni's Ice Cream location, and specialty shops (including flowers, spices, cheese, and olive oils), this is a perfect place to enjoy the delicious cuisines that Columbus' immigrants brought to the area and pick up a couple souvenirs.
