Q&A

If you have additional questions before the wedding weekend, you can reach the Bride Rebecca at (570) 404-9690. For questions on the wedding weekend/day, please reach out to the Maid of Honor Cassie at (570) 404-4260.
Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we adore your children, we have decided to make our big day an adults-only event, except for those in the bridal party.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you wear cocktail attire, such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie or dress shirt and tie for men. Please note that the venue does not permit blue jeans or sneakers. Please refrain from any white or cream-colored dresses. For more examples, I have created a Pinterest board with ideas https://pin.it/292kTfIhp

Question

What time should I arrive prior to the ceremony?

Answer

We want to ensure that everyone arrives at the ceremony comfortably. Due to the distance from the parking lot to the ceremony location, we will have a tractor with a trailer and a golf cart available to shuttle guests starting at 2:45 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 pm, those who arrive late will be asked to wait at the cocktail area to avoid disruption of the ceremony. Please feel free to use these services to make your way to the ceremony location. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we're on a tight budget and have limited space, so we simply can't afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding day events will be a mix of outdoors and indoors. So we recommend flat-soled shoes, wedges, or a chunky heel to avoid sinking into the grass.

Question

Where should guests park?

Answer

There is free parking at the wedding venue. When you arrive, there will be parking staff to help you navigate parking.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party and immediate family will be taking pictures nearby. Guests can head straight to the cocktail hour area, where we will be serving finger foods and beverages during a cocktail hour. The reception area will open following the cocktail hour.

Question

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?

Answer

We can accommodate special dietary restrictions as needed, please notify the Bride and Groom when you RSVP so they can accommodate your needs.

Question

Photos!

Answer

If you take ANY pictures of our special day, please send them to us so we can look back at what seemed to have gone in the blink of an eye and relive all of the smiles. These can be sent by social media, text, or email: hardingrebecca16@gmail.com Thank you!

Question

Can I leave my car at the venue?

Answer

We have the entire venue for the whole weekend. If you are having too much fun to drive, hop in with a friend and pick up your car later in the weekend. We want to keep May 10th a happy date!

For all the days along the way
