What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the time on the invitation to ensure all guests are seated when the ceremony starts.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

The ceremony will take place on an easily marked piece of property on North Sanford Road. The reception will take place around the corner at Baxter's Tree Farm 221 Stilson Road Afton, NY 13730

Where do I park?

Answer

You may park at the ceremony site, but it is recommended that you park at Baxter's Tree Farm and carpool to the ceremony, if possible. There will be limited parking at the ceremony site. From Baxter’s Tree Farm make a right on Stillson road, when you come to the stop sign make another right onto North Sanford Road. Approximately 1/4” mile down the road you will see signs and markers for the ceremony on your left.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your kids, invitations will be specific and will include names of the children who are invited. We encourage you to use this event as a "night out" for yourself!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal.

What kind of shoes should I wear?

Answer

Whatever shoes you feel comfortable in. Please keep in mind the property has grass, rock, and dirt terrain.

Can I bring a plus one?

We will only have seating for the guests listed on the invitation.

Are pets welcome?

Answer

We kindly ask that you leave them home, as dogs will not be allowed at the reception. If you do bring them because you’re camping, please leave them at your campsite until after the reception ends.
