What style of attire should guests plan for?

Answer

We're planning a semi-formal celebration. Dressy cocktail attire and summer suits are perfect.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding and cocktail hour are outdoors. Dinner and dancing are inside. Afternoons in August are usually quite nice and warm, and evenings are cool and crisp. In Colorado, the weather can change quickly, so be sure to check the forecast and plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our hotel shuttles will ensure you arrive right on time. Pickup is in front of the Limelight Hotel lobby with a departure of 5:15. All guests are welcome (and encouraged!) to ride.

What time will shuttles depart from the venue to go back to the hotels?

Answer

Shuttles will depart at 9:15 and 10:55 to return to the Limelight Hotel. An announcement will be made prior to each departure.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, but keep in mind that there are a limited number of spaces at the venue. For guests who live locally, consider parking at the Limelight and riding the 5:15 shuttle to the venue. If you prefer to drive yourself, please plan to arrive by 5:45.
