Are there room blocks?

No, we did not book room blocks. Please reach out to the travel agent ASAP to pay the deposit on your room. Prices will be increasing by Jan 2024 and I would like everyone that is sure on going to lock in their room rate!

What airport should I fly into and how far is the resort from the airport?

Answer

Cancun Airport. The resort is 45 mins away.

Is there a shuttle fee to and from the airport?

Answer

No, the cost for round trip shuttle is included in the price for your stay.

What is the minimum amount of nights that I have to stay at the resort.

Answer

The minimum amount is 3 nights. Of course you can stay longer if you would like.

Can I bring your gift to the resort?

Answer

I would not recommend that. If you would like to gift us please do through our registry or via cash. We also can accept through Zelle, cash app, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc. Please ask us our information if you would like to do it that way.

How do I make reservations to restaurants?

PLEASE PLAN THROUGH YOUR ROOM'S BUTLER USING WHATAPP AFTER CHECK-IN. CANNOT MAKE RESERVATIONS BEFORE CHECK-IN. PRO. TIP:FEELING VERY HUNGRY? SCHEDULE AN EARLY DINNER WHEN THE RESTAURANT OPENS ~6PM, AND SCHEDULE A SECOND DINNER AROUND 930PM. (ALL RESTAURANTS CLOSE AT 10PM)

Yes, cigars for purchase start at $125 per cigar. PLEASE SEE RESORT'S APP RESTAURANT MENU TO REVIEW OPTIONS.

Can I bring my own cup for drinks?

YES! WE ENCOURAGE THIS. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN REUSEABLE CUP. PLEASE CONSIDER ONE WITH HANDLE/LID/STRAW BASED ON YOUR PREFERENCES. BEER IS SERVED IN CANS/BOTTLES SO CONSIDER A CAN KOOZIE OR BOTTLE KOOZIE.

How is the night life ?

The sports bar turns into a club/discotecha at night. There are various shows in the theater. The shows end around 1030pm.

Is it safe to drink the water?

ONLY DRINK WATER THAT IS FROM AN UNOPENED BOTTLE. RESORTS USE ICE THAT IS MADE FROM BOTTLED WATER.
