We kindly ask that all of our wedding events be adults-only. While we love your little ones, we hope you’ll enjoy a relaxing and celebratory weekend with us. Thank you so much for your understanding and for making arrangements ahead of time—we can’t wait to celebrate together!

Where can I find your registry?

Answer

Your presence at our celebration truly means the most to us! For those who feel inclined to give a gift, a link to our itemized wedding registry can be found under the "Registry" tab on this website ****STILL IN PROGRESS - check back later :)****. There will also be a card box at the wedding where any monetary gifts can be placed.

Is there an airport shuttle?

Answer

The Delamar Hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle to all guests choosing to stay on the property. To schedule pick-up and drop-off services, please call the front desk and provide them your travel itinerary.

Where can I stay for the weekend?

Answer

We have reserved accommodations for our guests at both the Delamar Hotel and Avid Hotel (further booking information can be found on the Travel page). If neither of these meet your needs, there are many other hotels and AirBnB/VRBO-style accommodations available within the Traverse City area which you are welcome to book at your own convenience. We do recommend booking accommodations well in advance as Labor Day weekend is notoriously busy in Traverse City and many hotels will be at full occupancy.

Can I bring a date?

We kindly ask that only guests who have been specifically given a “plus one” on their invitation bring a guest. This helps us plan for seating and accommodations and ensures everyone has a comfortable experience. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests be seated by 4:15 PM so we can begin the ceremony promptly and ensure a seamless, uninterrupted experience for everyone. To preserve the integrity of the processional and avoid disruptions, guests arriving after this time may not be permitted to enter until after the ceremony has concluded. We truly appreciate your understanding and help in making this moment special for all.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony by keeping your phones concealed and turned off/on silent mode. We’ve chosen to have this moment unplugged so that everyone can enjoy it without distractions and so our photographer can capture it beautifully. We promise to share photos afterward—thank you for helping us make the ceremony even more special.

Will there be a shuttle service for wedding events?

Please note that there will not be a shuttle service available for any of our wedding events. We encourage all guests to arrange transportation ahead of time, whether by carpool or other safe means, to ensure everyone can enjoy the celebration responsibly and without stress. Thank you for planning ahead and helping us make the day seamless for all.

Answer

Rideshare options in the area are extremely limited, so we encourage you to plan your transportation ahead of time. Whether that’s arranging carpools or renting a car, planning responsibly will help ensure you can enjoy all of our wedding activities safely and stress-free.
