Question

Is the deposit per person?

Answer

No; the deposit is to secure the room, no matter how many occupants.

is the deposit refundable?

Answer

No; the deposit is non refundable but it is credited towards your room price.

Does the room rate include the flight?

Answer

No; the room rate only covers your stay. Please note that the room rate is all-inclusive, meaning all meals, drinks (including alcohol), snacks, and on-resort activities are included. It is the responsibility of the guest to secure flights.

Do I need a passport to travel to the Dominican Republic?

Answer

Yes; we recommend applying for your passport as soon as possible to avoid any travel delays or issues. Please refer to travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/need-passport.html

can I bring a guest?

Answer

No; you are not permitted to bring a guest to the ceremony unless you were given a plus one option with your invitation. BUT you are more than welcome to bring a guest on the trip.

is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes; to be announced at a later date.

Are children allowed?

Answer

No; as much as we love the kids, children will not be permitted to attend the ceremony in an effort to avoid any distractions. Please note that the resort provides babysitting services for a fee.

is room price per person

Answer

YES; room prices is per person, there is a 3 night minimum.

can i book directly on resort website?

Answer

NO; in order to be counted as a guest you MUST book through our travel agent.

is transportation provided?

Answer

YES, transportation is included in price.

what if I have to cancel?

Answer

All money paid is nonrefundable unless travel insurance is purchased. Insurance will be available once room deposit is paid.

is there a payment plan?

Answer

YES; there is a payment plan that must be followed. I you want to make payments before the deadlines, you can but if you fail to make your minimum payment on time your room will be cancelled.
