They met in the most modern of ways through a dating app, yet if you know either of them you would smile at the irony. Greta and Ethan are both old souls at heart, the kind of people you might expect to meet in a tucked away bookstore or over coffee at a worn wooden table. One weekend, by what can only be called divine coincidence, his dating app radius was set to his hometown at the very same time Greta was visiting an hour north for her sister’s graduation. He was stationed in Anchorage, Alaska with the Air Force, and she was studying at Hillsdale College in Michigan. Though miles apart, their hearts felt close from the start. They talked every day, discovering that their convictions, love for the Lord, and their dreams fit together in a way only God could have written. On July 5, 2025 they met for the first time in person, and from that day the Lord made their path clear. They knew they had found the one whom their soul loves. Exactly one year later, on July 5, 2026, Greta and Ethan will stand before God, their family, and their friends to begin the rest of their lives as husband and wife.
