Question

Where is the ceremony and how do I get there?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside at the City Park Pavilion. The ceremony will be at the gazebo on the lake. The reception will be inside the pavilion directly behind the gazebo. There is parking in the park but we recommend that you take an Uber or lyft!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive shortly before 5! There is quite a bit of traffic on Friday afternoons so make sure you leave with plenty of time to account for traffic. If you get there early the park is beautiful to walk around in and has shaded benches along the lake to enjoy.

How do I get to the welcome party?

Answer

The welcome party is located at the rooftop pool deck at the Sheraton hotel in downtown Denver. If you are not staying at the hotel, please follow these directions to get to the pool deck: FROM PLAZA BUILDING:  Take the Plaza Guest Elevators elevator to level 2, exit and cross the sky bridge  Take the Tower Guest Elevators to level 5, exit and head down the hallway  The Pool Terrace is on the right FROM PLAZA PARKING GARAGE  Take the Plaza Garage Elevators elevator to level 2, exit and cross the sky bridge  Take the Tower Guest Elevators to level 5, exit and head down the hallway  The Pool Terrace is on the right Welcome party starts at 8 and ends at 10! Cash bar.
