Travel Note
There are a few options for travel to East Glacier Park Village. Several airports service Montana, the closest and most convenient being Great Falls. There is also an airport in Kalispell, however, rental cars will likely be more expensive and limited than in Great Falls, and a car will be required from either destination. Please note it is not recommended you make the drive from your arriving airport to East Glacier after the sun has set as the area is mountainous and home to a variety of wildlife. East Glacier Park Village is also served directly by Amtrak. If you go this route and plan on staying in East Glacier, you may not need a car - though it is recommended to best enjoy the area.
