Dress Code
As part of celebrating our wedding, we’re excited to incorporate traditions from Indian weddings. For many of our guests, this may be your first time attending one, and we hope you’ll enjoy experiencing the culture with us!
For the ceremony, guests are warmly welcomed and encouraged to wear traditional Indian attire if they would like. Colorful clothing is celebrated at Indian weddings! Examples include saris, lehengas, sherwanis, and kurtas. Of course, formal Western attire is also perfectly acceptable if you prefer.
For the reception, men are asked to wear Western suits, while women are welcome to continue wearing traditional Indian attire or choose formal Western wear, whichever they prefer.
Most importantly, we want everyone to feel comfortable and ready to celebrate with us. We can’t wait to share this special day with you!
Women are asked not to wear the colours red or white for the ceremony, or white for the reception.
