One day, among the aisles of Party City, Greg saw JulieAnn for the first time and asked his friend, "who is that girl?". It may not have been love at first sight, but she definitely caught his eye. Soon they would become coworkers who would chat about all kinds of things at work while inflating balloon orders or cleaning the store and before long, they were dating. The year was 2011 and they were just a couple of kids in love. They used the relationship nickname "reckless panda" to describe themselves because Greg would wear "Young and Reckless" apparel and JulieAnn loved panda bears. Over the years, they would spend time together on weekends and summers between Long Island and NYC where JulieAnn was attending FIT. They moved into their first apartment, then their second apartment where they would welcome Luna to the family. They bought a home in 2018 and quickly brought Libby home to round out their little family of 4. On November 23rd, 2018 while they were looking for the perfect Christmas tree to cut down, Greg got down on one knee and asked JulieAnn to marry him. After she said "are you serious" a hand full of times, she confirmed that Greg was, indeed serious and she said "yes".
