For those in the wedding party and other invited guests. Quick run through for the bridal party @ 6pm. Everyone else may arrive at 7pm for Wallys Famous Barbeque!

Group Hike

9:00 am

Hiking a few of Greg and I’s favorite spots! Short hikes. Less than 4 miles round trip. Great short tour of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the parkway. Text Greg or I for specific details closer to the date if you want to go!

Wedding

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

No jeans please. ***Please note this is an adult only affair, hire a sitter and enjoy the fun!*** We will have buses from the hotel and Weaverville Park & Ride off Griffee Road to the venue and back starting at 2:15 pm and leaving at 10:00 pm. Pick up at the Hotel in West Gate @ 2:15pm, leaving at 2:30pm, to be in at the Griffee Road Park & Ride by 2:45pm and departing at 3pm for the venue. ***You must ride the buses, Parking is extremely limited at the venue*** Ceremony and Reception will be at the same location with cocktail hour in between. Early bird bus will leave around 8pm for those not wishing to stay the whole night.
