When is my RSVP due by?

We ask that you kindly RSVP by Friday, October 3rd so that we can accurately account for all guests. Please note that if you miss the deadline and have not reached out to the bride or groom ahead of time we will take this as a "decline".

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

We will not be serving alcohol.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding will be cocktail attire. Keep in mind that average high and low for November 22nd in this area Virginia are 57F and 39F, respectively, and that- while unlikely- the possibility of snow exists.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, about 150 yards away from the Banquet Hall, in a forest clearing (weather permitting). The average low and high in Chesterfield, Virginia, for November 22nd are 40F and 57F, respectively, so guests are encouraged to plan for the possibility of cold weather.

What is the overall schedule for the day?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the 2:30pm Ceremony. A social hour, including lawn games and snacks, will immediately follow adjacent to the Banquet Hall. Finally, the reception, including music, dinner, and dancing, will take place in the main room of the Banquet Hall.

Will the Banquet Hall have changing rooms?

Answer

There are no changing rooms in the banquet hall, but there are separate men's and women's restrooms with private stalls.

How much parking will there be?

Answer

The banquet hall has two parking lots with a total capacity for about 40 vehicles.
