Important Note: Hotels

As the Wedding will be in Varkiza on the Athenian Coast, we strongly recommend staying on the South coastal side of Athens, preferably in the area of Vouliagmeni. As Vouliagmeni can get pricey in high season and increasingly more expensive, we also have options in Glyfada, which is a 15-minute cab ride up the coast. The below options are our preferred hotels - but availability is not guaranteed to us, so please book soon!

If you don't know which to decide - here's some help! Stay in Vouliagmeni if: - You want to be closest to the venue and events - You want to be within walking distance of beaches and seaside - You want a bit more relaxing/quiet location Stay in Glyfada if: - You're more budget conscious - You want better access to central Athens/Port of Pireaus and Athens public transit - You want to be closer to shopping, cafe's and restaurants - You don't mind taking a taxi to go to the beach and some events
