When should I RSVP by?
Answer
By March 1st, 2025! Since this is a destination wedding, we need to confirm accommodations for all guests. We highly recommend booking your room and RSVPing at the same time to ensure all accommodations are locked in.

How do I book my room?
Answer
Go to the resort's website directly (link available on the travel page). You must book room only with the promo code (TBWJUN25XRC). It costs $1 to reserve your room. You will be charged for the room in full 30 days prior to your vacation. So please reserve your room ASAP to secure your discounted rate and ensure there is availability. NOTE: To get the discounted rate with our promocode, you MUST book your rooms by April 1st 2025 at the latest.

Will I need a passport?
Answer
Yes! Please check your current passport's expiration date to ensure you are good to go. The process typically takes 3 months to get a new passport, or 8-12 weeks to renew your passport.

Do I have to stay at the excellence?
Answer
Yes! In order to attend the wedding, you must be a guest at the resort. If this is a problem, please contact Gregory or Cassidy and we can work something out.

How do I get to and from the resort?
Answer
Free airport transportation is included when you book with our promo code. This include: 1 private round-trip transportation per room reservation. This is only available with a minimum of 3-nights stay made directly through the resort with our promocode! Refer to the Travel tab for more information in booking the private transportation.

How does the Promo-Code work?
Answer
You can book through the hotel website directly, or use our travel agent. The promo-code includes free transportation to and from the airport, as well as discounted room rates. Room rates are based per person. To book through the website, go to "check availability", enter your vacation dates, and enter the promo-code. You pay a $1 deposit, then pay in full 30 days prior to your arrival! So book as soon as possible to secure your room.

We love everyone's kiddos but we fell in love with an Adults Only All-Inclusive resort and were wanting all of the amazing parents we know to be able to take a little vacation while celebrating with us!

It's a beach wedding, so dress like it! We want people to look and feel their best, and you better wear something you can bust some moves in!!

Are there dress codes for the restaurants at the resort? If so, what are they?
Answer
Yes there are different levels of dress codes throughout the many restuarants! Each level is labeled and what the level implies is below: Casual For Ladies and Gentleman: Shorts, bermudas, sarongs and sleeveless t-shirts are welcomed. Swimwear and wet clothes are not allowed. Footwear must be worn at all times. Regular Casual: For Ladies: Long pants, Capri pants, skirt and blouse, or dress. For Gentlemen: Shorts, Bermudas, Capri or long pants. Dress shirt, collarless shirt, or polo shirt. Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn. Sleeveless t-shirts, tank tops, and beach sandals, or flip flops are not allowed. Casual Elegance: For Ladies: Long pants, Capri pants, skirt and blouse, or dress. For Gentlemen: Long dress pants and a collared shirt. Casual shoes or elegant sandals must be worn. T-shirts, tank tops, collarless shirts, shorts, beach sandals, or flip flops are not allowed. Majority of the restaurants are Casual or Regular Casual for breakfast, lunch and dinner with just a few Casual Elegance dress codes at dinner! The average temperature in Cancun in May for a typical day ranges from a high of 89°F to a low of 77°F. Some would describe it as pleasantly warm with a gentle breeze. The average day in Cancun during June has 13 hours of daylight, with sunrise at around 6:00 AM and sunset at around 7:30 PM. In June, Cancun has a humidity between 73% to 84%, which could be described as sticky.

What does an All-Inclusive Resort mean?

An All-Inclusive Resort means the amount you paid to book your suite includes an unlimited amount of food and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) your heart could desire during your stay from all 10 restaurants and 9 bars and lounges spread throughout the resort!
