Question

Are kids welcome?

Unfortunately, due to guest number restrictions, we are not able to invite children to our wedding. We hope you'll understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day.

Question

Do you have hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes. We have hotel blocks at the Holiday Inn (Webster), Hampton Inn (Penfield) and Courtyard (Brighton). The blocks can be accessed under the travel tab. We also included two additional hotel options that are close to the church on the travel tab (Fairfield, Webster and Courtyard, Penfield). We will be offering transportation to and from the reception from all five of these hotels. Please book your rooms as soon as travel plans are known. We lose the reserved hotel blocks in May 2026.

Question

Is there transportation from the hotels to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We will be providing buses as the method of transportation for those who do not have a car or wish not to drive to and from the hotel to the reception. Buses will be picking up at the five hotels prior to the reception and will then bring guests to and from the reception at Colloca Vineyard Estate. There will be no buses/transportation to and from the ceremony at the church. The church is approximately 6-10 minutes from the hotels. We will also have a bus that will drop people back at the hotels after the after party. If you have any questions/concerns please reach out!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we simply cannot afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!
