Our story is one for the ages, or at least we think so. We met in Montrose, CO at the hospital where we both worked. We instantly knew that we liked each other and the more we talked and spent time together we knew there was more to this than a friendship. We were friends though-the best friends-but we were also so much more than that. Since the beginning of our story, we have both grown in ways neither of us could have imagined. We have fought for each other, laughed more than either of us ever had before, and we loved each other fiercely. Do not ask which one of us is funnier unless you have a lot of time on your hands (side note it's Chelsea). We saw the very best in each other. The way Jose loves his family and would do anything for the people he loves, and the way Chelsea sees the very best in people and is optimistic in almost every situation life throws at us. We never stopped fighting for those two people. With love and God we have made it to this point where we want to devote the rest of our lives to loving and caring for each other. God has blessed us tremendously with Madison, Mason, and Makenzie and we cannot wait to see what the future has for our family of 5.
