CAMPING CASUAL ATTIRE FOR ALL EVENTS L A D I E S: Sundress or shorts/skirt or nice tank top/shirt. FLATS/flip-flops, NO HEELS !!! M E N: Nice casual button-up shirt, with shorts and shoes/flops. NO SUITS, DRESS PANTS OR DRESS SHOES!!!

Parking at the Wedding/Reception

For the wedding you will park in a dirt lot past the front office and stay on the road to the RIGHT SIDE. You will then walk under the road and the gazebo is straight ahead. There are 6 HANDICAP RESERVED spaces 5 ft from the gazebo.

When can I arrive with my RV/trailer/tent

Answer

I have reserved spaces from Wednesday to Tuesday. Please RSVP the dates you would like to stay and I will EMAIL YOU YOUR SPACE and CONFIRMATION.

How do I know what site I am in if I am tent/RV/trailer camping?

Answer

Greg or Dana will assign you a space based on your RSVP.

Should I bring food/drinks

Answer

If you are camping/RV/trailer then YES, bring your own food for snacks, meals, drinking etc. We will provide lunch, alcohol, drinks, cake & smores for DAY OF WEDDING. FRIDAY NIGHT: Potluck. We will provide the meat, you bring a side dish and BYOB. SUNDAY MORNING: Potluck breakfast for all that are staying.

What if I am not camping can I still attend Friday & Sunday events?

Yes, you can. Just let us know so we bring extra food for you.

Is there a shuttle from the hotel?

Answer

Unfortunately there isn't a shuttle from hotel to Canyon RV. UBER? Lift? or carpool with others staying at hotel.
