Christopher and I have known each other since pre-school, granted he hated me in pre-school.... He actually hated me until we got to high school. He finally came around after a mutual friend dragged him over to hang out with our group of friends at lunch. From there, one thing led to another and he asked me out on Valentine's Day four years ago while we were on a hike. And that's about all there is to that story!

After about two and a half years of dating we went to a Giants game in San Francisco, when we got to our seats he was nothing but smiles and almost shaking from excitement. (I didn't think anything of it, he is a huge Giant's fan.) After the third inning he asked the older gentleman next to us to take our picture, so we got up out of our seats and stepped out into the aisle. Chris told me to look at the scoreboard (Of course, me being me I didn't look....But, apparently he had "Courtney, will you marry me?" up there) the next thing I knew, Chris was on one knee and the gentleman taking our picture was yelling, "Wait! No! Is this real? Am I helping!? Oh my gosh, how exciting!" Of course I said yes! So after about a year and half of being engaged, several date changes, and some very slow and scattered planning, here we are! We often live two fairly hectic lives and we cannot wait to officially meld them together and see what kind of craziness comes out of it.
