Please RSVP by April 25, 2026, via our wedding website. This lets us finalize our guest count and seating arrangements. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive your response by then, we’ll have to assume you’re unable to attend and won’t be able to include you in the final count. Thank you for understanding!
The dress code is cocktail attire with optional Western or mountain-inspired accents. For the ladies: please choose midi or full-length dresses, jumpsuits, or skirts paired with dress boots, wedges, or heels. For the gentlemen: dress pants or dark, well-fitted jeans with a button-down shirt and a sport coat or blazer. Dress boots and cowboy hats are welcome. Please avoid overly casual attire like shorts, t-shirts, or sneakers. For visual inspiration, feel free to browse our Saddle & Silk Style Guide Pinterest board: https://pin.it/3c2ME1Gno.
You’ll be in the Rocky Mountains during springtime! Montrose typically has a milder climate, so if the sun is shining, the daytime should feel pleasantly warm. That said, temperatures drop quickly once the sun goes down. Since the ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be partially outdoors, we recommend bringing a stylish jacket or wrap to stay comfortable throughout the evening.
The ceremony will be held outdoors, with beautiful mountain views as the backdrop. The reception will be a mix of both indoors and outdoors, so you’ll get the best of both worlds. Be sure to dress accordingly, especially since temperatures can drop in the evening!
Montrose Regional Airport is the closest airport. The hotel is located less than 5 minutes away from the airport. Grand Junction Regional Airport and Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport are both a little over an hour away from Montrose. Transportation options are limited from both of these airports, so you may need to rent a vehicle if you choose to fly into either of them.
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Montrose for your convenience. Guests can either call the hotel directly at (970) 240-1800 and give them the code “Stoneburner/Jones Wedding” or use the direct booking link under the “Travel” page. While you're welcome to use our hotel block, we also encourage you to: - Check the Holiday Inn Express & Suites website directly; sometimes better rates or promotions are available outside the block. - Sign up for a free IHG Rewards account. Members often receive discounted rates and perks. - Explore other hotels in the Montrose area that may better fit your budget or preferences. We want you to feel comfortable and cared for wherever you choose to stay!
There are some transportation options for getting around town. Please refer to the travel page for more information.
Yes, there is plenty of free parking available at the venue! We kindly ask that guests without mobility concerns park in the further spots to leave the closer spaces available for those who may need them. Thank you for your consideration!
We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before the ceremony start time to get settled and enjoy some refreshing drinks before the ceremony begins. If you arrive late, please note that the gates will be locked until after the ceremony, so be sure to arrive on time!
Yes, there will be a cash bar available for alcoholic beverages. We’ll also have complimentary non-alcoholic drinks for all guests, so everyone will have something to enjoy!
Our reception will conclude at 11:00pm, so be sure to enjoy every moment with us on the dance floor!
While we absolutely love kids, our wedding will be more of an adult-oriented celebration. We kindly ask that only the children of immediate family members attend. We hope our parent guests can treat this as a fun date night out - a chance to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the evening with us!
While we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Feel free to reach out to Ryann Jones at (713) 204-6714 if you have any questions or need further information about the wedding day or venue.
