Our wedding will take place at the stunning Holman Ranch in Carmel Valley, California—just 12 miles inland from Carmel-by-the-Sea. We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us for our big day! Our dress code is Formal. This means you’re welcome to go all out, but there’s no pressure. A dark suit and tie or a cocktail or long formal dress is perfectly appropriate. Think polished, celebratory, and fancy—whatever helps you feel your best while celebrating with us! Don’t be afraid to wear something fun and sassy—Maren would love it! Dress to impress, and let your personality shine. A few helpful notes: Our ceremony will take place on grass, so stilettos are not permitted. If you’d like to wear heels, please choose wedges or block heels. The wedding is in early November, and evenings in Carmel Valley can be chilly. We recommend bringing a warm coat or stylish layer to stay cozy once the sun goes down. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!
Yes, we encourage all guests to use the shuttles provided! Please see the 'Transportation and Travel' tab above. The shuttles will pick up passengers at the designated bus pickup area outside of Carmel Plaza. If you choose to take the shuttle, you’ll need to promptly depart with it, as rideshare services like Uber or Lyft are nearly impossible to secure in Carmel Valley after 10 PM when the celebration ends. Yes, there is parking at the venue. Guests are welcome to park in the Guest Parking Lot at the venue. Guests can leave their car parked at Holman Ranch until 8 am Sunday morning. Holman Ranch will tow your car if not picked up by 8 am.
Due to guest list capacity, we’re unable to accommodate additional plus ones unless specifically noted on your RSVP.
While we adore the children in our lives, we are unable to invite all our event. Our wedding will be an adults-only event, with the exception of children in the wedding party. We hope this allows you to relax, enjoy the evening, and celebrate with us! Thank you for understanding.
