Our family ceremony is February 20, 2026 and our wedding reception/party is February 21, 2026.
Yes: we are having a small family ceremony on 2/20/2026 and then a reception the next day when we can celebrate with our friends as well. If you are invited to the ceremony, you are also invited to the next-day reception. If you are invited only to the reception, please come on 2/21/2026 and celebrate with us.
923 S. Ocean Blvd., North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582. It is a privately rented beach house, so it is a bit smaller than other venues.
You can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance. Please RSVP by [insert date] to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably. If you later need to change your RSVP, please contact us directly.
Directions to the venue can be found in the location section of our wedding website. We recommend using Google Maps for accurate navigation. Because the beach house does not have available parking for guests, we are working on establishing a parking plan and transportation if needed. Stay tuned to this website for updates! Transportation will NOT be provided: we suggest, because parking will not be available at the venue, that you consider Uber/Lyft/carpool. There are public parking areas near the venue; however, you will have to consider walking from the parking lot. You may want to map it ahead of time. We will have a golf cart to hopefully be able to valet people who need it from the surrounding parking lots to the house. It is off-season in North Myrtle Beach, meaning the public lots are free--there is a parking lot for 30 cars at 14th Ave. S and and S. Ocean, as well as lots on 9th Ave. S and S. Ocean, and 9th Ave. S and Hillside. The parking map is available at https://www.nmb.us/543/Beach-Access-Parking. Those lots do not allow parking overnight, however. People who are staying at the beach house, please contact us so that we can help with parking, including driving people to and from overflow lots.
There are many hotels and beach houses nearby. Contact us for help if you need to.
Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.
While this will mostly be an adults-only celebration, we understand, especially for our travelling guests, that children and care are a concern. If you plan on bringing your kiddos to any of the events, please let us know, as we will need to see if we can make any accommodations for additional guests. Please note that we will not have child care at the ceremony nor at the reception, so please make arrangements if you can.
Our wedding ceremony attire is semi-formal, and our reception is "smart casual,” which we take to mean less than semi-formal, more than casual. Think Sunday church attire-but feel free to be as formal as you like. I can confirm there will be people in sequins, so you do you.
As we are already settled in our home in our little corner of the world, we ask, should you wish to give a gift, to consider giving to our honeymoon fund. Details on how to do so are provided on our registry page. We are going to Asheville the first weekend of March, but then we are planning a trip to Canada in the summer.
For our ceremony, we are planning to have a few appetizers, but the dinner will include chicken marsala, garlic mashed potatoes, and green beans. We will also have Greek pastitsio (a/k/a Greek lasagna--one of our favorites) as a limited entree option. We will also have cake and desserts. We will be serving wine, beer, and we will also have non-alcoholic options including sweet tea and lemonade. For our reception, we are still working on the plans--keep looking at this website for updates! We will have beer, wine, and a limited liquor selection with some mixers available. We will also have some non-alcoholic options as well.
When you RSVP, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
