Where is the wedding?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The HayLoft in the Grove.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than August 13th, 2025.

Are there any other wedding events I should know about?

Answer

While totally optional, we’d love to see you at a couple of extra gatherings: Friday Night: Join us after the rehearsal dinner for drinks at 42 North Brewing Company (East Aurora) to catch up before the big day. Saturday Night: After the reception, head over to Rookies in East Aurora for a casual late-night hang if you want to keep the celebration going. Come to one, both, or neither - no pressure at all, just good company if you’re up for it!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. We recommend arriving between 3pm and 3:15pm.

Is there on-site parking?

Answer

Yes - there’s plenty of on-site parking at The HayLoft. If you plan to Uber home, you’re welcome to leave your car overnight - just please pick it up before noon on Sunday.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

No group transportation will be provided to the venue, but there is plenty of on-site parking available. Shuttles will be available after the reception to take guests to and from the after-party. Buses will leave the venue around 10:30pm and return at approximately 12:30am and 1:30am.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love for you to wear cocktail attire! The venue does have some grassy and outdoor spaces - we recommend wider heels, wedges, or flats.

Will we be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors. The reception will also be primarily indoors, but there are plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy around the venue if the weather cooperates.

Yes! Please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions on your RSVP.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we’re only able to accommodate those named on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’re only able to accommodate children specifically named on the invitation due to space limitations. Thanks for understanding!
