Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 30th, 2025.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire! Men: A suit and tie or well-tailored blazer and dress pants are preferable. Women: Mid-length or knee-length cocktail dresses are great options. Here are some helpful hints of what NOT to wear: Jeans: While it's certainly possible to polish up a pair of jeans with a dress shirt and blazer, a cocktail wedding isn't the appropriate time to do so. Shorts: As with jeans, shorts aren't an appropriate choice for a cocktail attire wedding. Stick with dress pants, jumpsuits and dresses. Sneakers: For shoes, you'll want to stick with formal options—think oxfords, loafers or derbies for men and heels for women. Flip-Flops: Open-toed shoes are okay, but flip-flops and casual sandals aren't cocktail appropriate. *Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outdoors in a garden. As it's late August, expect warm summer temperatures. If you're wearing heels, please keep in mind that you'll be walking on grass!

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We’d love to kick off the wedding weekend with casual drinks at The Daily Refresher (293 Alexander St, Rochester, NY 14607) the night before the big day. Join us for a relaxed evening. Drinks will be available for purchase. There is also an after party where our late-night snack (burgers and fries!) will be served immediately following the wedding reception next door at Good Luck.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The invitations have a specific place for you to indicate your dietary restrictions.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’re keeping our celebration an adults-only event. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax and celebrate with us!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the George Eastman Museum adjacent to the West Garden where the ceremony will be held. Jackrabbit Club shares parking lots with the restaurant Good Luck, plus there is always street parking available.
