There is no need to preselect your dinner. Guests will be able to choose one of the following entrées at the reception: Frenched Chicken Breast with stuffed artichoke hearts, spinach, fresh mozzarella, and natural jus Herb-Roasted Organic Salmon with beurre blanc sauce Petite Filet Mignon with peppercorn sauce Cocktail hour will feature passed hors d’oeuvres along with a Pasta Station, Mediterranean Station, and Butcher Station.
