Question

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM EVENTS?

Answer

YES - SHUTTLE SCHEDULE: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1QPhkLBO9bsh8DO4-3ZDyahlss5fRpr9V4s5sSDkhhj0/edit?usp=sharing

Question

RENTAL CAR OR SHUTTLE?

Answer

We suggest renting a car if you would like to explore Todos Santos and Cerritos area. Taxis are hard to come by quickly in town and there are no Ubers. However, for all wedding events there will be shuttles, so if driving is not your thing, it's not a problem. Getting to and from the airport via shuttle is a cheaper route for groups of 4-10, since it's a flat fee (up to 10 people per shuttle). For couples, renting a car is likely the most cost effective option. Check the TRAVEL tab for info on getting from the airport to your accommodations.

Question

WHAT IS THE WEATHER LIKE?

Answer

The desert meets the ocean in Baja, so be prepared for sunny days with a cool breeze. The mornings are cool until the sun burns off the clouds, so a cozy sweatshirt is a nice way to start the day. By mid-day, it's perfect to dip in the pool or play pickle ball. At night it starts to cool off again, so pants and a light sweater will do well! Temps range from 65-75 (but be sure to check your weather apps before coming!)

Question

ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION OUTDOORS?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and the reception are fully outdoors.

Question

DO I NEED PESOS?

Answer

Most if not all places accept Credit Cards and the US Dollar, though you do get a better exchange rate with Pesos compared to US Dollars. You can exchange money ahead time through your bank, there is an exchange spot or ATM when you arrive at the airport or you can get pesos out at the two banks in Todos Santos where you can use the ATM to withdraw Pesos.

Question

CAN I DRINK TAP WATER?

Answer

No, you cannot drink tap water without purifying it. Most places where you'll stay will have purified water made available to you in jugs to fill up you water bottle. If not then please just ask the staff, they will bring you some. All restaurants, bars and other food vendors use purified water for everything they make, including ice cubes!
