Greg and Danielle’s paths first crossed in September 2017, but it wasn’t until the following month that sparks truly flew. On a crisp October night at a college event, they shared their very first kiss — a moment that would mark the beginning of something truly special. Two months later, in December, Greg surprised Danielle with a thoughtful Christmas gift — the very first gift he had ever given her. Not long after, their first official date took place at a cozy restaurant near campus called The Rusty Bucket, where they shared laughter, easy conversation, and a glimpse of what was to come. By February 12th, 2018, Greg officially asked Danielle to be his girlfriend, and their love story began to take shape. Over the years, they weathered life’s ups and downs — from a global pandemic to career and personal changes — always finding ways to laugh, grow, and hold each other close through it all. As time went on, Greg and Danielle’s relationship deepened in faith. Together, they found a new kind of closeness through their shared love for the Lord, attending church and Sunday school side by side, building a spiritual foundation that strengthened their bond even more. Then, on a joyful Thanksgiving Day in 2024, Greg got down on one knee and asked Danielle the question she had been waiting for.
