We will be in the Destin/Fort Walton Beach Area starting on Monday October 12, 2020 but will not check into the Main House until Wednesday. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of the home, there is ABSOLUTELY no parking on the streets. No trailors pulling anything (jet ski, boat, golf cart) may be parked in the driveways of the houses. You will have to park your trailer at the Target parking lot. These are HOA rules and they are very strict. The mayor lives down the street. NO Children are allowed to play in the elevator unsupervised. There are two doors that must be closed in order for the elevator to move from level to level. You cannot put luggage in the elevator and try to send it up to the next floor, it will get stuck. The elevator repairman lives in South Georgia.

You may take the Water Taxi for ~$5 a person that will pick you up near the East Pass by the Main House and transport you to the Harbor Walk Village. Visit Harbor Walk and eat Dinner. Rehearsal will be on the Beach at 4:00 P.M. (wear whatever you want - if at the beach, wear bathing suit, cover-up, etc.) Dinner will be at Navigators Nest (Gregs Family's Rental) - Pounders Hawaiian Grill https://www.poundershawaiiangrill.com/ (sticky rice, teriyaki chicken & steak, kalua pig, macaroni salad) It will begin around 7:00 P.M. Pool Party - Event Set-Up for Wedding Day following Dinner for all of those Interested

The Holiday Isle Beach Access has a locked gate for private access. The code is C63. We will be having a Barefoot Ceremony. The HOA does not allow Wedding Chairs on the beach. Don't worry it will be a short and sweet. If you require seating, please let me know and we can provide a beach chair (which IS allowed on the beach - SMH) Guests are asked to remain on the beach following the ceremony for a large group photo and any remaining family and extended family photos. We can walk back to the house together!!

Following the Ceremony we will return to the Main House on the Ground Floor. Find your table and seat from the Welcome Table. We will be having Paella for Dinner, there are 3 different options (Classic, Mixta & Lobster). For children and those who do not like the options listed, there is Macaroones con Tomato. Dinner is served Buffet Style, for the whole experience. Real Paella only uses local pastured poultry and local fresh ingredients except for the rice, oil & spices imported from Spain. All products are gluten free, never processed and with no artificial colors, MSG or preservatives. Your meal will be cooked on site and served directly from their huge paella pan. We will have wait staff to serve you drinks (water, tea, soft drinks, beer or wine). Cake Cutting will follow Dinner.

The Fun Starts on the Roof Top as the Sun Sets on Holiday Isle. The First Dance, Father/Daughter Dance and Mother/Son Dance will be the first order of business and the last "scheduled" reception event. We want you to dance and drink the night away. No bouquet toss or garter toss (because I literally think we are one of the only 2 singles left) and No Grand Exit (because we are staying at that house). An Open Bar - Full Liquor Selection with Signature Drinks and Shots will get you started. We Cannot Wait for you to see what the Roof Top Celebration has in store!!

The HOA has a strict rule that no music is to be played on the outside of the home past 10:00 p.m. Guests are asked to move to the ground floor area and pool side bar location for the after party & buffet.

Bathing Suit - Cover-Up
We will be taking you to a staple of Destin... Crab Island. Your chariot will be a pontoon boat docked at the Harbor Walk Village, we will travel just under the bridge and dock in the ocean. The water is thigh to waist deep in some areas. Bring your floats, coolers, snacks, selfie made beach accessories because you will love this part of the trip. Crab Island has floating restaurants, restrooms, souvenirs and incidentals. There is also jumping mazes for the children and crab island volleyball with floating volleyball courts and more.
