What time should I arrive?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests arrive between 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM. Please note that once the bride begins walking down the aisle, the ceremony will begin and entry will no longer be allowed.

Can I bring a guest ? Are children allowed?
Answer
We respectfully ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration and we kindly request that children not attend.

What Should I wear?

We kindly ask that you respect the following requirements, as the ladies will be at door to ensure these guidelines are met. for men, the attire is black tie or formal. For ladies, the attire is dressy causal or formal wear. please note that jeans and sneakers are not permitted Additionally, masks that cover the entire face are not allowed.

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?
Answer
After the wedding ceremony, please join us for cocktail hour. Light hors d'oeuvres will be served, along with a selection of wine, beer, and our signature “His and Her” drinks.

Can I Smoke in there or outside of the building?
Answer
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is not permitted inside the building or on the property. We appreciate your understanding.

should I bring a gift to your wedding ?
Answer
Our wedding registry is listed on this website, and gift cards are also warmly welcome. For your convenience, a card box will be available at the reception.

Will there be any vegan , vegetarian , gluten-free or special diet options?

We’re sorry, but that option will not be available. We have selected Mission BBQ as the exclusive caterer for our event.

Can we bring outside liquor in?
Answer
Please be advised that outside alcohol is not permitted in the building. We will be providing a full open bar for your enjoyment, and we kindly ask that you respect this policy.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will held outdoors, While both cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors.

When is the RSVP deadline ?

We kindly ask that all guests invited to our wedding please RSVP by June 30th. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Are guests permitted to take photo or record videos during the ceremony?
Answer
The answer is yes; however, we ask that you please respect our request to remain in your seats. Our photographers and videographers will be capturing many moments throughout our big day, and we want to ensure they have a clear view to document everything perfectly.

Will there be assigned seats?

A seating chart will be available for the event . when you arrive at the cocktail hour, Our hostesses will provide you with all the necessary information regarding your assigned table and seating .

Will I have to pay for parking?
Answer
you will not have to pay for parking. There will be signs posted outside of the venue directing you on where to park your car.
