Are kids welcome?

We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax and celebrate with us!

When should I RSVP?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is Friday, November 28th, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no.' We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we thank you for your understanding.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will be missed dearly. We ask that you RSVP "No" as soon as possible. If you have already RSVP'd "Yes" but find that you will not be able to make it, please notify the bride at 848-210-6111. Thank you!

What time should I arrive for the wedding ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4PM. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to give yourself plenty of time to park and find your seat.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There are several large parking lots available and the Smithville Inn offers complimentary valet services as well.

What's the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. For women, think cocktail dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or dressy separates. We respectfully ask that you avoid wearing white. For men, a suit or dress pants with a blazer and a collared shirt is perfect, ties are optional. Dress to feel comfortable and festive, but no need for tuxedos or floor-length gowns.

Am I allowed to take photos at your ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you turn off all phones and cameras during our ceremony. Please be present with us in the moment and allow our photographer to capture every special shot without obstruction. Thank you for your love and understanding! During cocktail hour and reception, feel free to capture as many memories as you'd like! We can't wait to see all your photos!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar! Yay! We just ask that everyone plans ahead. Please have a designated driver or drink responsibly so we can all celebrate safely.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, we will have a gift table and a wedding card box available at the reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

While we won't be providing transportation from the hotels to the ceremony, we truly appreciate your understanding and encourage you to make travel arrangements that are most comfortable for you.
