What time should guests arrive?What time should guests arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive around 4pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm.

Answer

Please carpool if possible, there is parking for ~20 vehicles at the venue. Thank you! There is a shuttle bus to & from the Embassy suites hotel to & from the wedding-this has room for only 28 people, and generally for those staying at hotel overnight traveling in from out of town.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors in the garden area (weather permitting), with the greenhouse as the alternative plan. Cocktail hour will also be in the garden area. Dinner will be served in the glasshouse, with a long table down the center of the greenhouse. There will be a fire pit outside, and some dancing in the barn. The wedding will be mostly outdoors.

Our wedding will be outdoors in the Michigan spring; dressy garden wedding attire is encouraged (does not have to be black tie).

The celebration will run from 4 PM to 10:00PM. Afterparty ~11pm to midnight at House Rules https://houseruleslounge.com/ We'd love for you to join us for a night cap :)

Please RSVP by March 10th. There will be a large communal table during the dinner, guest may seat themselves wherever they feel comfortable for both the ceremony & we will have names on the menus at seats for dinner. Venue recommended seating chart for dinner in glasshouse to avoid chaos while seating :)

We are so excited that you’ll be at the wedding — it really means a lot to us. We truly wish the venue weren’t so limited on space, but unfortunately, we’re not able to offer plus-ones. Just know how happy we are that you will be there and celebrating with us.

There will be a few family and framily kiddos attending, they will be listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding !

We have no registry — your presence is truly the gift. For those who insist, a Delta gift card would be a sweet contribution to the many trips we plan to take to continue to find each other across the miles. Completely unnecessary and genuinely appreciated.
