Answer

The name of the game for us is Semi-Formal. We would love it if our guests would wear fall colors! It is our favorite time of year and we want our photo's to reflect it. Think burgundy, navy blue, golden yellow, burnt orange, black etc. Please just avoid EMERALD GREEN & DARK PURPLE. ***Please note!!*** This is JUST a request. We are not expecting anyone to go and buy a new dress or outfit just for our wedding (though you are certainly free to do so if you would like). We understand what it is to work with what you have and want everyone to attend in whatever you have.

Answer

The cocktail hour will include an assortment of both hot and cold Hors D’oeuvres. Dinner will be a buffet style with a variety of Italian options. There will be gluten free, and vegetarian options available to choose from for both cocktail hour and dinner.

Answer

We will have an open bar with a couple of signature drinks to choose from. There will also be a small selection of beer, wine, & seltzers, along with some common cocktails made to order. The bar tenders will be working hard all night and will have a tip jar out, and though not expected, they will appreciate everything that is given.

As this will all be taking place on someone's personal property, there is very limited parking. There will be a shuttle provided from the hotel to the property, and then back after the reception. If you are local and won't be staying at the hotel, we ask that you please consider carpooling to reduce the number of cars on site.

Answer

Early November in South Jersey features mild days and chilly nights, with daily highs around 60°F and lows in the low-to-mid 40°s F. While pleasant, the weather is transitional, with average rainfall around 3.2 inches for the month and wind speeds averaging roughly 10 mph. Layering is recommended as temperatures drop throughout the month.

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place in the front yard of a beautifully historic house; we recommend flat-soled shoes, wedges, or chunky heels to avoid sinking into the grass. The reception to follow will be located in the back yard of the same property.

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30PM, BUT the open bar will begin serving drinks at 3:00PM. Please consider arriving by 2:45PM, to ensure that you are comfortable and in a chair by the time the music starts.

Answer

We will be arranging a shuttle to transport guests to and from the wedding venue. The details are still to be determined: how many trips, when they will be departing the hotel, and what the departures will be after the reception. There will be guest bags provided at the hotels when you check-in that will have this information as well. Please check back here later for these details!

Answer

If you know us at all you know that we are both kids at heart. Kids are of course welcome to attend, but will be removed from the premises by force if necessary. Mostly, we want to be able to tell them later in life, that they were at our wedding and for them to stare blankly at us like the weird extended family and friends that we are.
