In order to get the room block rates, rooms must be booked by May 21, 2020. Rooms are $134 a night with the special room block rate. This is the most affordable option, and the closest option to the wedding venue. It is about a ten minute drive from the beach. This is another great option if you are looking for an oceanfront hotel room, right on the beach! While we do not have a room block at this hotel, it is within walking distance from Vero Beach Hotel & Spa and Holiday Inn.

Kimpton Vero Beach Hotel & Spa

This is an ocean front option if you would like to be close to the beach. Room rates are as followed: King Premier- $299 Queen Studio Suite- $325 King Oceanfront Studio Suite- $510 In order to obtain these rates, you must speak with Adam Edgcomb or Evan Franceschi by calling tel:772-231-5666 ext 0 or emailing Evan.Franceschi@verobeachhotelandspa.com or Adam.edgcomb@verobeachhotelandspa.com. You will only receive these rates if you speak to these staff members and mention Rachael Sweet and Greg Cory wedding. They are both available 7am-5pm Monday-Friday. These hotel offers daily coffee and tea in the lobby from 7-10a and a nightly wine reception in the lobby from 5-6p.

Holiday Inn & Suites Vero Beach-Oceanside

Rates are 139 for street view, 149 for pool view or 179 for ocean front rooms with our room block rate. All reservations must be made by April 27, 2020. Vero beach does have a very small airport with flights occasionally from JFK airport or Portland, Maine. These flights are limited, and are much more expensive but it is a good option to avoid having to rent a car if you are close to JFK in NYC. This airport is about 10-15 minutes from our rooms and Uber’s are available to get around Vero Beach.
