For those who don't know... Greg & Melissa met at Melissa's sister Katie's wedding May 29th 2016.   Greg has been friends with Ben, Katie's husband, since his Springfield College days.  Leading up to their wedding it occurred to Ben that Melissa & Greg may be a good match, so Ben and Katie made the decision to make sure Greg was invited to their wedding.  Greg had a hard time leaving Long Beach, NY on Memorial Day weekend as it’s the kick off to the summer in a hard-core beach town. But something drove Greg to hopping in his 2002 Jeep wrangler and heading to Newburyport, MA. About two minutes before Melissa was to give her maid of honor speech the two were finally introduced.  After listening intensely to Melissa’s killer speech it was all over for Greg. He knew this was it!  Greg and Melissa were attached at the hip for the remainder of the wedding and the rest is pretty much history. Melissa drove down to Long beach about two weeks later to spend the weekend with Greg.  They spent a little less than a year traveling back and forth from Boston to New York until Melissa found a job in New York in April.  They went to California in September for vacation and Greg proposed in Carmel by the Sea, Melissa said yes! We are unbelievably thrilled and grateful to be planning to celebrate this extraordinary wedding with our closest friends and family!!
