The Point Church
If you’re here Sunday morning we’d love for you to check out our church! We love it so much and it’s a huge part of our life here! Services are at 8:30, 10, and 11:30!
Carter Mountain Orchard and Country Store
If you’re looking for some fun fall activities with amazing views, Carter’s mountain is a great spot! You can pick apples, pumpkins, have some apple cider donuts, visit the country market, and do it all with an overlook of all of Charlottesville and the Blue Ridge mountains in the distance!
Chiles Peach Orchard and Farm Market
Chiles is another great orchard and pumpkin patch! It’s slightly outside of Charlottesville located in Crozet. It’s great if you’re looking for something a little less crowded and less expensive! Still beautiful views!
Humpback Rock
Humpback Rock is a beautiful hike that’s only about 40 minutes outside of Charlottesville! It’s great for an afternoon activity, with a two mile or 4 mile hike option! The views at the top are incredible, especially in October! Feel free to text James or Greer for any other hike recommendations in the area!
Saunders-Monticello Trail
If you’re looking for more of a walk but still beautiful scenery, Saunders-Monticello trail is perfect! It’s about 4 miles, at the top you get to see Monticello. This is a favorite walking spot! It’s always so beautiful, especially in the fall!
Eastwood Farm and Winery
One of our favorite wineries is Eastwood. It is super cute and often has live music! The outside area has fire pits as well, perfect for a fall night!
Hazy Mountain Vineyards & Brewery
Hazy Mountain by far has the best views if you’re looking for a beautiful spot to try some local wine and have a bite to eat!
