Question

What are the dates of the welcome party and wedding?

Answer

A reminder that this is Labor Day Weekend. We are excited to have an extra day so that our guests have time to explore! Our welcome party will be Saturday, August 30th and the wedding will be Sunday, August 31st.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore all of your little ones, the wedding events are 21+ adults only. If you will be bringing your kids to Colorado to enjoy the long weekend, there are babysitting services available through the resort: Resort Sitters: http://resortsitters.com/summit-babysitters 970.748.3012

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Welcome Party: Western Chic - boots and hats encouraged! Wedding Ceremony and Reception: Cocktail Attire

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The RSVP tab will be open June 1st - July 15th. We will send out a reminder when the RSVP tab is open. Please note: you will not be receiving a mailed invitation.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a free parking lot at Keystone Ranch. Please do not drive to the venue if you will be drinking alcohol. There will be shuttles and Ubers are readily available.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We recommend staying right in Keystone for convenience to our events and a beautiful mountain experience. Hotels and Airbnbs are plentiful. Please refer to the "Travel" tab of this website for our hotel discount code. Since this is Labor Day Weekend, we recommend booking sooner than later.

Question

What is the best way to get around once I am in Keystone?

Answer

If you plan on doing a lot of exploring around the greater mountain area, having a car is definitely a convenient option. However, if you take an airport shuttle and do not have a car, there is a free local Keystone bus system that will bring you to different parts of town, as well as the Summit Stage (also free) that can take you to Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, Breckenridge, and Copper. Uber is also available. Please check your hotel/airbnb address and refer to the maps below for the closest bus stop.
